Jim Malcolm at Collinsville Show Grounds. The tent and wheel is that of the Pensioner's chocolate wheel. The black board at back has the winning number and series on it. Jim may have been selling tickets, note the sheet of paper in hand, a ticket was torn off a sheet as sold.
